Who We Are

Established in 2012, we have been providing quality custom, luxury home construction to those in Taylor County and the Big Country for close to a decade. Kris began working in construction while in high school and his interest in real estate and construction continued throughout his college years. He even purchased his first home at the age of 19.
Known as being one of the top home builders in the Abilene, TX area, Kris is also a licensed realtor that can assist with selling your current home before he builds the home of your dreams. His wife, Amanda, handles all of the office work we have and his Mom, Vickey, works with our clients on all of the finishing, design aspects of the home.
To us, client communication is a top priority. We keep in constant contact throughout the entire construction process and provide updates on a daily and weekly basis. Clients also have real-time access to a cost sheet to view expenses and keep the project within budget. Amanda does a little bit of everything for us at Kris Gay Homes LLC. She handles all of our tasks around the office and makes sure we're delivering consistent customer service. It is a blessing to have Amanda on our team.
VICKEY TRUMAN GAY
Chief Designer
As our Chief Designer, Vickey plays and extremely important role in our overall operations and puts the finishing touches on each home we build. She has a passion for getting things right the first time around and believes it is important to build relationships with all of our clients.
